Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds.
• You can pay a 30% deposit and the balance, charged automatically 7 days before arrival, or the full amount straight away. If you book less than 7 days before arrival, you pay everything at once.
• Payments are handled by Stripe: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• The City of Turin tourist tax is not included in the online payment: it is paid at check-out, in cash or with Satispay or PayPal. The amount is shown in the booking summary; exemptions are those set by the City's regulations.

Cancellation

• Up to 14 days before arrival: full refund.
• Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: the deposit is kept.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.

To cancel, reply to the confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.

Your stay

• Check-in from 13:00, check-out by 10:00, with self check-in via a key lockbox.
• Maximum 2 guests. All guests must send their identity document details before arrival, as required by law.
• Pets allowed. No smoking indoors. No parties or extra guests not included in the booking. Lost keys incur a €30 penalty.

Damage and liability

• No security deposit is required.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused to the apartment and its contents during the stay, by them or their pets, beyond normal wear and tear: it must be reported straight away and reimbursed.
• For anything not written here, the same house rules as the Portico Garibaldi Airbnb listing apply.

Competent court

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of Biella. If you are a consumer, the court of the place where you live remains competent, as provided by Italian consumer law.
