What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 13:00, check-out by 10:00, unless agreed otherwise. Self check-in lets you arrive at any time after 13:00.
How does self check-in work?
You let yourself in: the keys are in a lockbox and before arrival you receive the instructions to find the apartment and open it. There is no need to meet anyone.
Can I come by car? Is there a ZTL?
Turin city centre has a limited traffic zone (ZTL) during the hours set by the City. There is paid street parking in the nearby streets; we suggest leaving the car and getting around on foot.
How do I get here from the airport and the stations?
Porta Susa station, with high-speed trains and airport shuttles, is a 12-minute walk away; Porta Nuova 14 minutes.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are allowed.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, it is for your use only during your stay. Please bring your own detergent: it is not included.
How much is cleaning?
Final cleaning costs €30 per stay, charged once, on top of the nightly price. Bed linen and towels are included.
Does the price include the tourist tax?
No. The City of Turin tourist tax is €3.80 per person per night and is not paid online: it is settled at check-out in cash, with Satispay or PayPal.
Can I cancel my booking?
Up to 14 days before arrival you get a full refund; between 14 and 7 days before, the deposit is kept; less than 7 days before, there is no refund.
