You get the bank details straight away. The dates stay on hold for 24 hours: the booking is confirmed when the transfer arrives. With the deposit, the balance is paid with a second transfer.

Cancellation terms

Up to 14 days before arrival: full refund. Between 14 and 7 days before: the deposit is kept. Less than 7 days before: no refund. To cancel, reply to the confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.
